Overnight Steel-Cut Oats with Yogurt and Blueberries

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup steel-cut oats

  • 1 (8 ounce) container plain yogurt

  • 2 ounces fresh blueberries

  • ½ ounce stevia powder (such as Pure Via®)

  • 4 ½ ounces coconut milk

 

Directions
Fill the bottom of a 1-pint Mason jar with oats. Add yogurt, blueberries, and stevia powder after stirring. Add the coconut milk and blend by stirring.


Cover the jar and place in the fridge for eight to twelve hours.

Tips

About half an ounce of stevia powder is contained in five packets.
