4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cooked and cubed
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
½ (8 ounce) package cream cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 cup crushed buttery round crackers
Combine the chicken, cream of mushroom and chicken soups, cream cheese, sour cream, and two-thirds of the cracker crumbs in a large saucepan set over medium-low heat. Mix everything thoroughly, then simmer until the cream cheese has melted.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Place casserole mixture in a 9x13-inch baking dish that has been lightly buttered, and sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs on top.
Bake crackers until golden brown, about 15 minutes, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Enjoy after spooning into bowls!
