¼ cup orange juice
¼ cup soy sauce
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
2 bone-in chicken breast, with skin
Combine orange juice, soy sauce, and garlic in a medium bowl. Chicken should be placed in a bowl and thoroughly marinated. For at least two hours, cover and chill.
Heat an outdoor grill to 365 degrees Fahrenheit (185 degrees Celsius) on medium, and gently oil the grates.
Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 25 minutes, flipping it over once.
