1 (8 ounce) package large egg noodles
6 tablespoons butter, sliced
6 eggs, separated
½ cup white sugar
¾ (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 (16 ounce) package cottage cheese, creamed
1 pinch salt
4 tablespoons butter, melted
¼ cup white sugar
⅓ cup graham cracker crumbs
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C). A 9x13 glass baking dish should be greased.
Large saucepan of lightly salted water should be brought to a boil. When the pasta is al dente, add it and simmer it for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain, then add 6 tablespoons of sliced butter.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, sugar, and cream cheese. Add the noodles, sour cream, cottage cheese, and salt thereafter. Fold stiffened egg whites into the mixture after beating them. Fill prepared dish with the mixture.
Melted butter, 1/4 cup sugar, and graham cracker crumbs should all be combined in a small bowl. Over the noodle mixture, sprinkle.
Bake for one hour in a preheated oven.
