1 pound lean thick-cut bacon
Set a grill outside to medium-low heat.
Aluminum foil should be used to line a big, rimmed baking pan. On top, put a cooling rack. Make sure the bacon is not overlapping when you arrange it on the rack.
Close the cover and place the baking sheet on the grill grate. Cook for 12 minutes, or until the food is cooked to your preference. To remove extra fat, move the bacon to a dish covered with paper towels.
